Led by Professor Yo-ichiro Hakamori from USC, and co-taught by Ignacio López Busón and Bharne Vinayak, this one-week workshop targeted research

on amultitude of sites in Xixinan village towards village master plan. Students engaged with the local government and villagers, gaining knowledge of  

issues related to Xixinan’s culture, heritage, public space and water protection.
